July, 2016 – Recovered $3,700,000.00 for 23 year old man who was struck by the overhanging mirror of a tractor-trailer while attending to his disabled vehicle on the side of highway 93.  Plaintiff suffered a mild traumatic brain injury and had over $300,000 in medical expenses.  The matter was settled after an 8 day trial in Federal Court.
